SMBA Coaches Information 2013 1. Police Checks
Each coach is required to have a police check completed.
The volunteer letters can be printed from the attachment
at the bottom of this page or obatined from Mark Thuss.
The cost is $15.00 cash at the Strathroy Caradoc Police Service. SMBA will reimburse you for the cost with a receipt. If you have had a police check completed in the last 4 years, you can fill out the Offence declaration located at the bottom of this page as an attchment.

2. Cancelation of Home Games

Please contact Derek Bloomfield via email bloomy39@yahoo.com to make diamond requests for practices or rain out dates. Please make sure he is aware of any schedule changes. After games and practices please take a few minutes to put bases away, put base plugs back in holes and fill all holes in around the mound and plate where necessary. 4. End of Season
After the last game, it is the coach’s responsibility to collect all uniforms and equipment to be put back in the respective lockers. Please return locker keys to Jason Rutherford our Equipment Manager. 5. Reporting Game Scores
Please report competitive game scores your assigned convener. Scores can be checked for your team, along with your team standings on the LDBA Website. These scores must be sent in the night of your game, and must include your team name, division, team played and coaches name. You may also report game scores and upcoming games on the Strathroy MyFM website these scores will be posted on the website and announced on the radio. Just go to the Strathroy MyFM home page, then to News, and then to Submit a sports update.
